Assembly of the Republic: "The judgment makes it clear that there is no evidence of guilt for the convicted Janez Janša."
petek, 2. 5. 2014The judgment makes it clear that there is no evidence of guilt for the convicted Janez Janša as the justification of the judgment does not mention any evidence.
Judgment is full of conclusions that are not based on facts. Because of the lack of evidence the judgment hides behind the term of “indication judgment”, event hough a set of insinuations does not meet the criteria of “indication judgment”.
The Court of Appeal in its decision confirmed also the decision of the Court of First Instance, which is vague, indefinite and long-winded and does not contain signs of a crime.
Such a state of mind, which branches from a judgment published today, is frightening, because in this way it is possible that every citizen at any moment can be condemned for any crime. Therefore, ZZR vehemently protests against the arbitrariness of the courts and in the interest of legal security of citizens expects that in the context of extraordinary remedies such judgment be repealed as quickly as possible.
